built on property in John Price and Charles Griswold's Arlington Place subdivision in Marble Cliff. Mr. Skeele was Yard master for the Pennsylvania Railroad. He was a trustee for the Grandview Congregational Church, which he was involved in founding, and served on the Grandview school board
